Use Appropriate Holders: Choose sturdy,
heat-resistant candle holders placed on stable, heatproof surfaces.
Trim the Wick: Keep wicks trimmed to
1/4 inch to prevent uneven burning and dripping.
Avoid Drafts: Place candles away
from vents, fans, and air currents to prevent uneven flames or fire hazards.
Keep the Wax Pool Clean: Remove debris like
wick trimmings and matches from the wax pool to ensure a steady burn.
Monitor Burn Time: Follow manufacturer
guidelines and extinguish candles when 2 inches of wax remains (1/2 inch in
containers).
Use a Snuffer: Safely extinguish
candles with a snuffer to avoid splattering hot wax.
